Returns and Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on custom items. However, if you have concerns about your purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item to discuss the possibility of a refund. Please note that only the cost of the item itself will be considered for a refund. Shipping fees, both to and from the buyer, are non-refundable.If your return request is approved, kindly ensure that you provide tracking information for the returned item. We strongly recommend the purchase of shipping insurance when returning an item. Your refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition. Please note that if an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the item cost will not be refunded, as it will not be in its original condition. In such cases, you will need to contact the shipping company, especially if you have purchased shipping insurance, and follow the shipping insurance process. For this reason, we highly recommend buying insurance when returning a package.

Items Arriving Damaged

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide us with a picture of both the damaged item and its original packaging. Please try to keep the item and its packaging as intact as possible. We will use this information to initiate a prompt replacement. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund, but we will replace them as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. Additionally, you will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account for the refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is typically a processing period before refunds are posted.

If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Partial Shipments

Please be aware that if you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This means you may receive one item before the others. Rest assured, your remaining items are on the way. If you have any questions about your order, always feel free to contact us for assistance.

Order Confirmation

If you have not received order confirmation details, it could be due to a typo in your email address. We typically send 2-3 emails during the process, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notification. If you suspect an email address error, please contact us so that we can correct it for you.
